1.要做完整的肝臟檢查:在台灣,保肝的第一步就是要知道人體真正的「肝」與傳統
                                                                               
                      醫學所說的肝並不同。而肝好不好也不能單憑感覺或只憑把
                                                                               
                      脈,要做完整的檢查才會知道自己的肝有無問題,檢查的項
                                                                               
                      目包括:肝功能,B型及C型肝炎檢查,胎兒蛋白及腹部超
                                                                               
                      音波檢查。
                                                                               
                                                                               
                                                                               
2.不要傷肝:不喝酒、不抽煙、不吃化學處理過或醃製的食品、不吃偏方草藥,甚至所
                                                                               
            謂的健康食品或市面上販賣的增強免疫力食品也少食用
                                                                               
                                                                               
                                                                               
3.飲食均衡,生活起居要正常:攝取自然新鮮的食物,包括蛋白質、醣類、脂肪及含各
                                                                               
                            種維他命的蔬菜、水果。
                                                                               
                                                                               
                                                                               
4.生活作息要正常:養成正常作息的習慣,不要熬夜。
                                                                               
           ★ 這點特重要...以下是論證:
                                                                               
                     中醫的理論,指的肝臟是調氣的肝,意思是說人體的
                                                                               
                     氣血在每天的晚上11點到凌晨2點這個期間循環到「肝」
                                                                               
                     ;其實與真正的肝臟並無大關係;但以現代醫學眼光來
                                                                               
                     看,人體在躺著時的血液流到肝臟較多,站立時則較少
                     ,因此,適時臥床休息對肝臟較好是有其道理。事實上
                                                                               
                     ,早睡早起,充份的睡眠及休息對肝臟,對人體各個器

5.接種B型肝炎疫苗:如果檢查沒有B型肝炎帶原及抗體,就要及早施打B肝疫苗,以免受
                                                                               
                   到B型肝炎病毒的感染。
                                                                               
                                                                               
                                                                               
6.定期追蹤檢查:如果已感染B型或C型肝炎,要找專科醫師定期追蹤診治,必要時接受
                                                                               
                抗病毒藥物治療。
                                                         
                                                                               
7.不要隨便打針、針灸、刺青、紋身或穿耳洞:凡是會讓身體皮膚黏膜有傷口的行為都
